London Satellite

I just played in one of the ppt satellites in paradise. 50+5€ and 26 players. 1100€ package for the winner and ... i lost on the heads-up. The feeling is really bad, I was playing great poker from the start. There was a lot of fish, who was just limp/calling pf, check/folding postflop and occasionally making stupid bluffs on the river. I was chipleader in most of the time, but when we were down to five villain got really big hands including Q4o>KK aipf and busted the other 3 players. We were 40/30k at the start. Then he spiked one river card and I made 1-2 silly mistakes, I was down to 18k when doubled with my TJ vs his Kx. And we finished several hands later on 750/1500 when every hand was reise/3b allin. I somehow decided not to rereise again but to check/reise any flop and unfortunately he flopped two pairs with his K5 to win the tourney. It was really soft field and I'm still 20€ ahead, but I don't think I'm gonna play the next one.

September Results and Beginning of October

...hmmm I don't know how to start :D

OK, we made a nice profit in Entraction of about €450 (I already cashouted 50 - shame on me!) including bonuses until now. At the moment we're playing mostly FL €0.5/€1 and €1/€2 and I find the field very soft. I think we're gonna reach the 600 line till the end of the next week and then we'll probably take a shot in some MTTs. This month rakeback will also be much more. =)

In personal plan: I subscribed again for SharkScope and I think my stats till now in ftp 27-45mans are awesome - 330 tourneys and 33% ROI! I will try to play more of these, but it would be very difficult with my schedule, so I don't think there will be great results. Uhm, I played also the last $215 WCOOP plus the 2nd Chance, but lost two flips in the first and run into set of aces on the second, so nothing this time. At least I'm happy with my game and hopefully from the start of 2011 I'll be back at these levels. That's another topic I wanted to write about:

I'm thinking to shut the PPT London plan down. I'm sure I'm gonna spend very good time there, if things are going OK, and until now - they are. But it's time for me to start being more responsible. I had a talk with Stamen - owner of Igrach.com, if ya don't know - and thought a lot about these things lately. So I assume I'll just sit and play those micro stakes for the next 3 months.
